Fringe 2005Welcome to Table Manners. Once again we have teamed up to write and produce a play, this time set within the hospitality industry. About the Show: Klaus, Maitre D' extraordinaire, struggles to come to terms with the forthcoming closure of his restaurant, and the general demise of the restaurant trade. For Klaus, hospitality has lost its manners. A hilarious course on the "do's" and "don'ts" of serving and being served, Table Manners examines whether or not the customer is always right, and questions: is Tipping really a place in China? Let Klaus and his team teach you the finer elements of culinary conduct.
